(2011-04-30)Kingsun: Established Its Own Postdoctor Research Center with ＂People First＂ Concept
Leading led lights and led street lights manufacturer in China-Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co., Ltd, approved by National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, established its own Post doctor R&D Station. Kingsun was granted the nameboard and also 300,000 RMB for station building subsidies from leaders of Dongguan during the granting ceremony and post doctorial seminar at Songshanhu, Dongguan.
As an important component of postdoctor system, the post doctorial research has become important measures to cultivate high tech and management talents, and improve the ability of technical innovation and development, promoting cooperation of "Produce-Study-Research" and commercialization of technical achievements.
With its powerful strength and advanced concept of "people first", Kingsun established a complete employment mechanism and got approved by the government to build the station. "The establishment of the station provides a favorable platform for Kingsun to promote R&D work and attracting more skilled talents" said Li Xuliang, president of Kingsun. Kingsun will motivate all the postdoctors，making the station become the significant prop for strengthening its core competitiveness.
